This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Multum Apps, operated under the legal entity 10157481 MANITOBA ("we," "us," "our," or "Multum Apps") for the use of the Lunara application ("App").

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the App.

1. License Grant
Multum Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Access the App to build a similar or competitive product or service.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

3. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold, to you by Multum Apps for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA. Multum Apps retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

4. Updates
Multum Apps may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, develop and provide App updates. Updates may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and other error corrections and/or new features. Updates may also modify or delete certain features and functionalities. You agree that Multum Apps has no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionalities.

5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Multum Apps. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Multum Apps if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Multum Apps expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Multum Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
