This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Multum Apps, operated under the legal entity 10157481 MANITOBA ("we," "us," "our," or "Multum Apps"), governing your use of the Lunara application ("App").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not install, access, or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Multum Apps, and you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Changes to the Agreement
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the App or expose them to liability.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Multum Apps, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the App may be available through a subscription model. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your subscription. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Multum Apps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
