Welcome to TattooX, a mobile application designed to help users create and preview AI-powered tattoo designs. By using the TattooX app (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
TattooX is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes. By using TattooX, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
TattooX offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings.
Free trials, where offered, will convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the end of the trial period.
3. User Content and AI Output
You are responsible for any content you submit to the App, including text prompts and generated tattoo ideas. While TattooX uses AI to create tattoo designs, the final use or implementation of these designs is at your own discretion and risk. TattooX does not guarantee the suitability or uniqueness of any generated design.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including AI-generated artwork, interface elements, and branding, is owned or licensed by the developer and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TattooX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App or any content created with it.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
